Kinetic Autopilot Cloud ("the Service") is an orchestration layer: it automates content creation, publishing queues, and store operations on top of accounts and API services that you own. The Service does not resell any third-party API.
You connect your own Shopify store and your own API keys (e.g. Anthropic, Replicate, ElevenLabs, Creatomate, Zernio). You are responsible for those providers' terms and fees. Keys are stored encrypted; our staff cannot read them.
The Service is designed so that external actions (publishing, order fulfillment, customer emails, price changes) execute only after you approve them. You are responsible for the actions you approve.
We make no earnings, sales, or performance claims. Results depend on your products, market, and effort. The Service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.
No unlawful content, no infringement, no spam, no medical or financial claims in generated content, no attempts to access other tenants' data.
Billing via Stripe; 7-day trial; cancel anytime from the billing portal effective end of period. We may suspend accounts for non-payment after a 7-day grace period; data is retained 60 days after cancellation.
You own the content generated for your store, subject to the underlying model providers' output terms. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the Service.
